Step 1
Fill out the form below and give us a little bit more information about your device. Be sure to read instructions and disclaimer.
Step 2
You will receive an email from us with your ticket PDF. Print and place in package with your device. Mail to the provided address.
Step 3
We work on your device. You pay when your device is fixed. We will mail the package back to you after payment is received.
Please Note: Our current turnaround time for regular service is 2-4 weeks. Expedited service is 1-9 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to reach out for a quote ahead of time, if one is needed.
